This 1.5 hours class will introduce you to leadership within Heartland and give you the opportunity serve in a greater capacity. Most leaders find their place as a connection group leader, others as heads of their own unique ministry within the body. The goal of 401 is to help you become a leader within Heartland. If you've chosen to serve with Heartland and are ready to lead within the church this is the next step.
theJOURNEY IV is the fourth stage of our discipleship process. It contains twelve lessons in small group dynamics, multiplication and leadership. To participate in this stage attend a 401 class or speak with your connection group leader.
